Americana Brands Shipping Policy: Carriers are established by our suppliers based on where the item(s) are shipping to, which may require you to download an app to track your item(s). Any damage must be reported to the Carrier who delivered it and a claim must be filed for the damage with that carrier. If for any reason your claim is denied by the carrier, Americana Brands will not be responsible for damage claim amount or the return of the product or any type of refund.
